Ingredients

- 1 red bell pepper, diced

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, diced red bell pepper, chopped green onions, and parsley.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
