Ingredients
1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, and 1 tablespoon honey.
Add 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon salt to the bowl.
Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
Stir in 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
