Jalapeño Popper Pigs in a Blanket are a delicious twist on the classic appetizer, combining spicy jalapeños, creamy cheese, and savory sausage wrapped in flaky pastry.
Ingredients

- 1 package of mini sausages
- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2–3 jalapeños, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a mini sausage on the wide end of each triangle and add a spoonful of the cheese mixture on top.
- Roll the dough around the sausage and cheese, starting from the wide end.
- Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra heat, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
