- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef with onions and garlic.
- Add the elbow macaroni, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Once cooking is complete, perform a quick release of the pressure.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
- Can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
