- 1 cup of pecans, chopped
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, and brown sugar to form the crust.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add chopped pecans to the wet mixture and stir well.
- Pour the pecan mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the filling is set and the top is golden.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- For a richer flavor, toast the pecans before adding them to the filling.
