4 white fish fillets (cod, haddock, or tilapia)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
Brush each fish fillet lightly with olive oil.
Press the fish fillets into the Parmesan mixture, coating both sides well.
Place the coated fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
