- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small loaves and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Top each meatloaf with a spoonful of marinara sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
