  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small loaves and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Top each meatloaf with a spoonful of marinara sauce.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
