A delicious and fun cheese ball shaped like a football, perfect for game-day snacking.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced olives (for decoration)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, blue cheese, green onions, pecans, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Shape the mixture into a football shape and wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Once firm, remove from the refrigerator and place on a serving platter.
- Decorate the cheese ball with sliced olives to resemble laces on a football.
- Serve with crackers or vegetables for dipping.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some diced jalapeños to the mixture.
- Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
