Description

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 1 cup queso fresco, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until charred.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, and salt.
  4. Once the corn is grilled, remove it from the grill and let it cool slightly.
