  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • 3 green onions, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  2. Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the carrots, cabbage, and green onions, cooking until softened.
  4. Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a boil.
