A simple and hearty chili soup made with just five ingredients in your crockpot. Perfect for a cozy meal with minimal prep and maximum flavor.
Ingredients
2 cans (15 ounces each) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 cans (14.5 ounces each) diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 pound ground beef
1 packet (1.25 ounces) chili seasoning mix
1 cup beef broth
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
Add the cooked ground beef to the crockpot.
Add the kidney beans, diced tomatoes with green chilies (including the liquid), chili seasoning mix, and beef broth to the crockpot.
Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
After cooking, stir the chili soup and serve hot.
