A delicious and easy-to-make creamy shrimp and crab Alfredo pasta bake topped with a cheesy crust.

- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, sauté garlic in a little olive oil until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, then add crab meat and stir gently.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shrimp, crab, Alfredo sauce, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute shrimp with chicken if desired.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
