- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchinis to create zoodles and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the zoodles to the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes until just tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the zoodles topped with sliced chicken and garnish with fresh parsley.
