A quick and easy recipe for making sweet and tangy candied cranberries in just 20 minutes.

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the cranberries to the saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes until the cranberries pop and become tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Using a slotted spoon, transfer the cranberries to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let the cranberries cool and dry for about 10 minutes before serving.

- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- These can be used as a garnish for desserts or added to salads.
