Ingredients

- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and protein powder if using.
- Add the dark chocolate chips and sea salt, mixing until well combined.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute almond butter for peanut butter if desired.
- These protein balls can be frozen for longer storage.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
