- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the fresh spinach and Parmesan cheese.
- Stir well before serving and enjoy!
