- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the cream mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the broccoli florets to the crockpot.
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- Once the chicken is cooked, shred it in the crockpot and stir in the Parmesan cheese.
- Serve the chicken Alfredo over the cooked fettuccine pasta.
Notes
- For a lighter version, you can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
