Description

Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
16 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 cup salsa
1 cup canned diced green chilies, drained
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro


Instructions

Place the shredded cooked chicken in the crock pot.
Add the cubed Velveeta cheese, salsa, diced green chilies, softened cream cheese, and sour cream to the crock pot.
Sprinkle the garlic powder, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper evenly over the mixture.
Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to ensure even melting and prevent sticking.
Once the cheese is fully melted and the dip is hot and creamy, stir in the chopped fresh cilantro.
