Ingredients
4 medium yellow potatoes (about 1.5 pounds), washed and cut into wedges
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss the yellow potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook in batches.
Cook the wedges at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, shake the basket or flip the wedges using tongs to ensure even cooking.
Continue cooking for an additional 8-10 minutes or until the wedges are golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender inside.
Remove the wedges from the air fryer and serve immediately.
