These crispy air fryer potato wedges are a perfect healthy snack or side dish. Seasoned with paprika, garlic powder, and a touch of salt, they come out golden and delicious with minimal oil and effort.
Ingredients
4 medium russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
Cook the wedges at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, open the air fryer and flip the wedges using tongs or a spatula.
Continue cooking for another 10 minutes or until the wedges are golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender inside.
Remove the wedges from the air fryer and serve immediately.
