Description

Salmon fillets baked with a creamy garlic and herb Boursin cheese topping, garnished with lemon and fresh dill for a tender, flavorful meal.

Ingredients

Scale

2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
4 tbsp Boursin cheese (garlic and herb flavor, 2 tbsp per fillet)
2 lemon slices
2 sprigs fresh dill
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down on the baking sheet.
Brush the top of each fillet lightly with olive oil.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Spread 2 tablespoons of Boursin cheese evenly on top of each salmon fillet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the cheese is slightly golden and bubbling.
Remove from the oven and transfer each fillet to a white round plate.
