- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1/2 cup pitted dates, chopped
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, place the feta cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
- Top the feta with chopped dates, hazelnuts, and thyme leaves.
- Drizzle honey over the top and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the feta is soft and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with crackers or bread.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute walnuts for hazelnuts if desired.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
