Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pitted dates, chopped
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place the feta cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Top the feta with chopped dates, hazelnuts, and thyme leaves.
  4. Drizzle honey over the top and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the feta is soft and golden.
