- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the sausage and cream cheese until well combined.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, biscuit mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
