Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the sausage and cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, biscuit mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
