Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh spinach
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped spinach, green onions, red bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
Lay out the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
Starting from one edge, tightly roll up each tortilla into a log shape.
Using a sharp knife, slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick pinwheel pieces.
Arrange the pinwheels in a single circular layer on a white round plate for a clean, minimalistic presentation.
