Description

Tender and flavorful mini turkey meatloaves that make for easy, comforting meals.


Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried Italian herbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Additional ketchup for topping


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
Mix gently until just combined; avoid overmixing.
Divide mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin or mini loaf pans.
Spread a small amount of ketchup on top of each mini meatloaf.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let rest a few minutes before serving.
