- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, and cayenne pepper; cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, increase the cayenne pepper.
- Can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for a different protein.
