Ingredients
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 medium banana, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped almonds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
In a medium bowl, add 1 cup of low-fat cottage cheese as the base.
Top the cottage cheese with 1/2 cup fresh blueberries and 1/2 medium banana sliced evenly over the surface.
