Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and protein powder.
- Add maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Feel free to substitute almond flour with oat flour for a different texture.
- These bites can be frozen for longer storage.
