- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- Add the melted butter, milk, and minced garlic to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese and dried parsley.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush with additional melted butter before serving.
