Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add the melted butter, milk, and minced garlic to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese and dried parsley.
  5. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Brush with additional melted butter before serving.
