Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the tater tots package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onions to the beef and cook until softened.
  4. Mix in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the frozen tater tots on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions.
  6. Once the tater tots are golden and crispy, remove them from the oven.
  7. Top the tater tots with the beef mixture, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped pickles.
  8. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
