Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Add the green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans until fully coated.
  5. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
