Description

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup rice, uncooked
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. Add ground beef to the pot and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, beef broth, rice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
  5. Check the rice for doneness and adjust seasoning if necessary.
