Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup rice, uncooked
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook for about 5 minutes until it begins to soften.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, rice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the cabbage is tender.
  6. Adjust seasoning as needed and serve hot.
