Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the steamed broccoli and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture and stir until well combined.

  6. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter and the remaining cheddar cheese.
