4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and rub evenly.
Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper on each piece.
Lay lemon slices on top of the salmon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
