Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced and zested
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Brush the lemon garlic mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
