Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

  3. Stir in the rolled oats, chopped walnuts, and chocolate chips until fully combined.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.

  6. Store the protein bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
