Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour the chicken broth over the top of the mixture.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
