- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the chicken broth over the top of the mixture.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
