Ingredients
4 salmon fillets, skin on, about 6 ounces each
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish, skin side down.
Season the salmon fillets evenly with salt and black pepper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, dried dill, paprika, and remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil until well combined.
Pour the creamy sauce evenly over the salmon fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the top before serving.
