- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the cranberries, chicken broth, honey, and rosemary.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the cranberry mixture over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

- For a sweeter dish, add more honey.
