Description

A deliciously warm and gooey baked brie topped with honey and pecans, perfect for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 round Brie cheese (about 8 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
  • 1 baguette or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Brie cheese on a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle the honey over the top of the Brie.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped pecans and rosemary (if using) on top of the honey.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and gooey.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  7. Serve warm with sliced baguette or crackers.

Notes

  • For a sweeter flavor, you can add a pinch of cinnamon to the honey.
  • Feel free to substitute walnuts for pecans if desired.
