- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Instructions
- In a food processor, combine dried apricots, almonds, and walnuts. Pulse until finely chopped.
- Add protein powder, honey, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Store the protein bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

- Feel free to substitute almonds and walnuts with your favorite nuts.
