- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup diced apples
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, protein powder, and cinnamon.
- Add diced apples and walnuts (if using) to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the protein bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
