Description

Ingredients
2 salmon fillets, skin on, about 6 ounces each
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Brush both sides of the salmon fillets with olive oil.
Season the salmon evenly with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not overlap.
Cook the salmon in the air fryer for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
While the salmon cooks, prepare the mustard sauce by whisking together Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth.
Remove the salmon from the air fryer and transfer to serving plates.
Drizzle the mustard sauce evenly over the salmon fillets.
Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
