  • Total Time: 18 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Description

Delicious and crispy air fryer salmon bites glazed with a savory soy sauce, perfect as a healthy snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale

1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 green onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika to create the marinade.
Add the salmon cubes to the marinade and gently toss to coat all pieces evenly. Let marinate for 5 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
Cook for 8 minutes at 400°F (200°C), shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping.
Remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and transfer to a serving plate.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onion over the salmon bites before serving.
