1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
Cook for 8 minutes at 400°F (200°C), shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping.
