Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cheese, and taco seasoning.
  3. Warm the corn tortillas in a microwave for about 30 seconds to make them pliable.
  4. Place a small amount of the chicken mixture on each tortilla and roll them tightly.
  5. Spray the taquitos lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Arrange the taquitos in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with black beans or refried beans.
