Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound), cut into 1-inch chunks
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken breast chunks, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated with the seasoning.
Place the seasoned chicken chunks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
Cook the chicken chunks at 400°F (200°C) for 12 minutes, shaking the basket or flipping the chunks halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
Check the internal temperature of the chicken chunks with a meat thermometer to ensure they have reached 165°F (74°C).
Remove the chicken chunks from the air fryer and let them rest for 2 minutes before serving.
