Tender chicken breasts cooked in a luscious garlic parmesan cream sauce, perfect for an easy and comforting dinner.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning; stir until cheese melts and sauce thickens slightly.
Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
